We will be performing a database upgrade from 7AM PDT to 9AM PDT on Saturday March 25th, 2023 to ensure the continued reliability of our systems. During this time, no new data will be ingested and the analytics product may experience prolonged downtime. Once the upgrades are complete we will fully process the backlog of customer events, no data loss is expected to occur. Please note that while the database maintenance will take 2 hours, we will be catching up on processing events for the following 2 hours after that. Customers can expect processing to be fully caught up approximately by 11AM PDT.
