EU customers not able to view contents in dashboards and team spaces

From 6:00PM Sept 23rd 2023 PT until 9:30AM Sept 24th 2023 PT, our EU Data Center customers could not view contents within their dashboards and team spaces. All contents were discoverable in the search result but were not viewable individually. We identified the change that caused this regression and deployed a fix at 9:30AM PT. All EU customers's dashboards and team spaces should be back to normal. No data was lost.
