From 9/7/2022 5:05 PM PST until 9/8/2022 10:58 AM PST, all of our customers experienced up to 20% error in realtime part of their charts. Additionally, during the same time, some monitors may/may not have fired an alert due to this issue. The root cause was a bug in our code-base. We have already fixed the code and all our systems are working as expected. There was no data loss and we only recommend our customers refresh their chart to make sure they see the correct values in their charts.
