From 21:24 Feb 2nd, 2022 PT, our data processing component is experiencing more than usual latency for our Analytics users. This issue also caused intermittent Experiment evaluation endpoints errors which is resolved by 22:35 PM. We have identified the root cause and working on deploying a fix.
Our Recommend profile API also got affected by this issue from 21:24 Feb 2nd, 2022 PT and is working normally from 22:35 PM.
We expect no data loss because of this issue with no follow-ups required from our customers.
