Database upgradation has been completed and data processing has been recovering. The peak data processing delay was about 10 minutes and it should be mostly cleared now.

We will be performing maintenance to our ingestion processing system from 03:30 UTC to 04:30 on 2021-01-10

This maintenance will be used to upgrade a key database.

During this window, data process might have a delay of 10~15 minutes and customers will not see the most recent ingested data in dashboards. No data loss is expected.

We are currently estimating data processing to fully recover in 30 minutes. We will provide updates if this changes.
