From approximately 9/14/2021 at 2:30 AM PDT to 9/14/2021 at 9:30 AM PDT, some customers who added charts to dashboards reported that other charts on their dashboards had disappeared.
Current status: a) The dashboard service is operational. b) Any customer who added charts to a dashboard during this approximately 7-hour window may have been affected. c) The dashboards that charts were added to during this window may be missing charts that were there prior to the latest chart addition to the dashboard.
Current action plan: a) We've identified the list of potential dashboards that may have been affected and have identified a backup of dashboard data from 9/13/2021 at 6:18PM that we can use to restore any dashboards that may be affected. b) We will be notifying customers within the app when they are on a dashboard that may have been affected. c) There will be no more updates regarding this issue. If you have a dashboard that you believe was affected, please submit a request at support.amplitude.com and the team will help you restore it.
