The following issues impacted EU customers:
* Event Segmentation Chart Formulas were incorrectly gated due to a missing EU feature flag

This incident started on Thurs Jul 27 2023 1:22 PM PST and was resolved on Sun Jul 30 2023 7:04 PM PST.

The root cause was an EU feature flag missing for an update gating the formula feature.

No data was lost and no further action is required from our customers.
